PAYMENT POLICY: We require a credit card number (VISA, MASTERCARD) when the order is placed.
SHIPPING AND CHARGES: Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks via Fed Ex. A $20 shipping charge applies and an additional $20 shipping charge for Overnight Express packages.
RETURNS: If you receive defective items PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY for authorization. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping unless there was an error on our part. All returns must be accompanied by copies of the original invoice, well packaged in a box, in original condition, fully insured, with shipping prepaid.
MINIMUM ORDER & REORDERS: We require a $1,000 minimum opening order and $250 minimum on reorders.
EXCLUSIVITY: Exclusivity rights for the jewelry line will be set by placing a $1,000 opening order.
MULTIPLE CUSTOM PHOTO CHARMS: Customers providing us with their own images for custom charms will be required to place a minimum order of 100 identical charms and make payment in advance. Please expect delivery time to be approximately 6 to 8 weeks. No returns are accepted on custom photo charm orders.
